oh man, despite the fact you are doing a great work, looking at the last stage i can say it will again be unrealistically difficult.. let me guess how many riders will finish the race... 20? 30? or even 40...

The real life Vuelta organizers have been trying to get a stage finish on that climb

It's not the U that's a problem. You need to set the encoding of the file to UTF-8. |

Ok theres a save as type and then underneath is the encoding scroller thingy (where you select UTF-8), when saving the file in notepad. |
