With Gesbert and Wisniowski you already have two strong leaders at this level and Konychev should give you some nice income. In another year I might have gone for him myself.
Would have liked to see a couple of more dots to Wisniowski and Gesbert, as they would be potentially interesting for my setup having currently no puncheurs, and lacking a cobbled leader for my ton of domestiques
Konychev is a really fun rider. He would have fun with the similar types I already have a couple of. If the right team were to pick him up it would also be very interesting to see how he would perform after a couple of trainings, eg. 80SPR. The high FL and FIG stat could make him just power away rather than having to rely on his ACC. Unfortunately I guess we'll never know

Indeed, think we have a nice set up with those two as leaders, in addition to Dainese who hopefully can return to his 2023-form soon.

I am planning with Wisniowski and Gesbert in the team, but given their ages, I will of course consider a good offer
Support your thoughts on Konychev. He is already a really fun rider, and it would indeed be interesting to see his sprint stat bumped. Unfortunately that won't be with us as long as Dainese is a part of the team, but would be cool to see another team with more freedom in the sprint area take a chance on that
Always been a big Konychev fan, although had no idea he was Italian. You always have strong sprinters, feels like he is a guy who could thrive on another team with more limited sprint options so that availability makes a lot of sense to me.
I have an Italian sponsor. You have an Italian rider. Who knows what could happen... Not that excited to have Wisniowski competing at this level, so if you wouldn't mind selling him that would be fantastic.

I agree with your take! I believe he could thrive with a little more freedom than we can offer him at the moment.

That does sound like a good fit...
We'll see about Wisniowski
Konychev is definitely a special rider, but I think I'm over signing sprinters with ridiculous flat stats, honest
Definitely a stronger starting point for you as a fellow relegating team, fully expect you to be among the promotion favourites when all is said and done
It has been another busy transfer season for Assa Abloy, and general manager 'Sykkel_Freak' was eager to announce his new signings at a press conference this evening:

The biggest signing this window was arguably Anders Halland Johannessen who arrives from Aker - MOT in a deal that saw Alexander Konychev move the other way. "We're excited to welcome Anders. He will bring a new dimension to the team, with his excellent ability to handle long ascends, and even more so, long descends! We're looking forward to see what he can do for us both this season and in the long-term", 'Sykkel_Freak' said. In addition, Pierre Paolo Penasa has arrived to further strengthen the climbing department.

For those who have followed the team for a few seasons, Lionel Coutinho will be a familiar name. After a spell outside the team, he has returned, ready to fill the role as primary lead-out for team captain Alberto Dainese.

The team is known for liking attacking riders, and have retained three more in the transfer season. Hopes are that Nikolaos Zeglis can have an immediate impact with his well rounded abilities, while Luis Esteban Murillo and James Morris Berroa supports the long-term evolution of the team as young talents.

It was difficult to replace the strength of Konychev on the flats with only one rider, so Assa Abloy has done it with three! Viktor Manakov, Marcus Culey and Romeo Quicibal is expected to mostly be seen pacing at the front of the peloton at the order of their team leaders this season.
