Well, considering that the main kit costs about 80 € and I don't see so much enthusiasm about Tinkoff's kits I'm not too sure about it.

Definitely no waste of money especially since this isn't exactly a huge investment for a team like Tinkoff. On the other hand, it's a great marketing opportunity. They easily sell tons of those jerseys. Unique, great design, symbolizing panache. Especially if their main jersey looks equally awful as last season, it'll be a hit. Wish it was their real jersey though.
P.S. Yes, I'll buy one of those Camo kits. Freaking awesome.

Minsk. Team is awaiting UCI license of Continental Team. Aliaksandr Kuchynski is gonna be leader, among other more or less successful riders are Papok, Klimiankou, Bazhkou. Team has negotiations with Krasilnikau too.
