hmm. that didnt seem to help...
edit: even with starting a new career its still got the pink squares for the scouting regions.

have the 2 last PCM Daily expansions, PCMspot db, ThebritishDB.

The Local.cdb is probably overwritten by the standard one, because you don't have the latest patch 1.0.4.1.
Also, it's not recommended to have several different DBs installed alongside.

Update to 1.0.4.1, copy the Local.cdb from Cyanide/PCM/PCM.daily DB Backup to My Docs/PCM and try again. |

Or is they "Fixed" to changed in certain years? |

They are fixed to certain years, but you can quite easily change it in CM_Stages/variants. Check the files ending with _rules. |

I think it varies per year. But there's something wrong with that. Crue will upload a pack with missing stages today. |

Correct. There's a file name issue appearing in 2013, but as you say, I'll upload a pack with the correctly named stages later today. This will also work in already started careers.
