Lampre seem to be signing Eduardo Estrada. Very young Colombian rider.
While Colombia sign ever younger Daniel Felipe Martinez (18) who is considered a pretty big talent.
Androni finished their 18 rider 2015 roster. All new signings:

Still no official news on Rebellin's future though. I guess he is still negotiating with an Italian/WT team, but if the negotations fail, he will stay at CCC.

I don't see Rebellin back in the WT though Perhaps he will join MG Kvis, but we'll see
Grega Bole is a great signing for CCC, as they need a good sprinter

Lampre apparently signed Chun Kai Feng, a 26-year-old Taiwanese rider, multiple times national champion.
We consider Chun Kai Feng owns the skills and the fighting spirit to demonstrate that the Taiwanese cycling has come to a level that gives the opportunity to his leading figure to debut in the World Tour

Loic Vliegen turns pro with BMC on July 2015 on a 2.5 year deal. That is BMC fifth talented youngster signed this year so far.
Also 3 of these 5 talents are coming from BMC dev team, just shows they are doing a good job there.

Yeah I spotted that and it is indeed a quick drop in a couple of seasons, heard from some locals (one who raced for Drapac this season) that he just isn't putting in the work and it could be a motivation issue, I can understand that and maybe with the baby on the way and the limited calendar he had last season has changed what he wants out of cycling. Certainly is a talented rider and could do well back at this level, it worked out well for Tim Roe dropping back

I expect that he just accepted it. There was no way that he thought that he would get opportunities given how few wins he has. He is a solid domestique at that level and does a lot of great work (didn't he lead to peloton for ages when Cadel won the wc?). I get the feeling that he knew his limitations.
