I highly doubt it, if you're looking for an update for PCM12.
The DB team is obviously concentrating on the PCM13 DB.

"Well, I wouldn't like to release any update yet as I haven't done through stats changes, what came to mind I changed, but not all of it.
That's why I prefer to wait and got trough each team one by one ( I guess when Tour is on, 1 day for each team will mean the update will be done by end of Tour Wink ) Pfft"

Ah, indeed. That was written by Alakagom. Then again he didn't mention PCM12 or 13 
The problem is that the latest stat edits have been done on the PCM13 .cdb, so we'll need to convert the stats to the PCM12 DB. But that's ok, if it has been said we'll do it
