Plakker made all the leaders have 70 in TT, otherwise they would not be treated as Leader. Rasmussen is also 70 TT aong with many others.
TT stat doesnt matter though, its all about MO today.

Simoni or Piepoli is definatley going to win, 100% too hard for Di Luca and Cunego
Piepoli has the best MO stat but his STA might be a bit low, Simoni has the 2nd best and his STA might be a bit low, but definatley one of them 2
oh and nice podium for Gibo in a sprint, but taking Piepoli off the 3rd step of the podium will be hard
