I think it is the wrong file, because it isn't something in it. The file is just a note file.

Do you have Win rar, or Win Zip? If so, open either one of them.
When you have either one open, browse through your computer to documents/pro cycling manager/database/original/solo, select all 3 cdb related files that are your savegame, and then click add. Name the file whatever you like and click ok. This will make a .rar or .zip file. Then go to rapidshare.com and upload this new file onto there. Send me the link to it via PM or just paste it here.

I hope you have a backup. From the files you uploaded, two are normal, but the one that has 0 bites isn't right. Basically, what i imagine has been done is that you overwrote your story using Dashboard, and either you made a mistake, or it didn't save right, but basically it's saved nothing as a file. Apart from just a name. In other words, no backup = file dead.
Dashboard does do automatic backups apparantly. Maybe look for one saved in the same place as your save games are kept.
