I know this idea is not going to be liked that much, but I've considered this when the Amateur division was introduced - why not introduce two-way contracts? I mean come renewals managers can have the option to promote riders from the amateur team by offering them a contract for the main team. Obviously a manager can't offer a rider less than 50k.

That would give teams with amateur teams a too big advantage over other managers without an amateur team.

Amateur race planners have been added to the dropbox folder for all teams, to allow filling in while bidding is ongoing.
For joint teams, it's in the dropbox folder of the person who sent in the calendar choices.
