Well I have to at least congratulate you on the size of the pack!
However, a large number of the NCs you have made will never be required (do half of those countries even have riders in game?), I am confused by the GT leader's jerseys you have made (especially when the transferts will cover some parts you have added in and they are not the official GT jerseys...) and Santos TdU leader's jerseys are not even the real versions - you have used the fake ones that come with the game  and you do know as well as the WorldTour Leaders Jersey has no use in-game?
The main jersey doesn't look the nicest either - where is the quiksilver part of it? All I see is a very large Commonwealth Bank logo and a trek(?) logo... Honestly looks like you spent more time on the large graphics to show what you have done rather than on the jersey itself.
I don't like this whole minimaillot preview of the jersey. Quite a few people (especially the newbies) are doing it, and it doesn't give you a clear view of the jersey. Why not at least post the jersey in its design form in a spoiler? However, I can see already from that though that the curved parts on the jersey are going to be very pixelated!

not that much pixelated, en quiksilver is on the back 
and i will update the leaderjerseys with real ones later,
just downloaded a nice .rar with them in it

I'm gonna echo the_hoyle a bit here.
The pack is certainly big and the NC's look ok overall. Leaders jerseys less so for the reasons he pointed out.
But i think that the time spent accumulating all those incredibly unessesary extras would have been 1000x better spent on the basic jersey. It's an ok jersey, the design is nicely unique (afaik). But there's some basic pixelation, especially on the curves, as well as some minor lines not matching up properly. Plus i have this strange thing that the shorts are not properly symetrical...
Aside from that it's also very basic in terms of sponsors. The shapes are ok and make a good base (if touched up and perfected) but as it stands it's quite a bland/plain/boring jersey. The Quicksilver logo is huge and must surely be distorted in game around the edges.
You are clearly putting quantity ahead of quality as a priority. It should be the other way around, with quality taking priority. There's the beginnings of a good jersey there but instead of making a good jersey you made lots of at best mediocre graphical extras. More time on the basic design, more time of the basic jersey that will be seen the vast vast vast majority of the time in-game. No-one wants 156 NC's and what looks like another 40/50 Leaderjerseys if the normal shirt isn't good.
And even then people only want all the extras for an exceptional shirt. Look at Cav-Fan's Red Bull-Hauwei jersey. The main jersey is completely perfect and the extras are also completely perfect and specifically designed to match up with the main jersey. People love it as a giant pack because it is perfect, not because it is big.
Quality will win over Quantity every single time. There's some promising signs but they need quite a bit of work still.

156 NCs?!?! Great size of the pack, but the quality still isn´t top. I don´t like the main shirt anyway, I don´t see it stylish and Quiksilver looks pixelated, as other people said

And I´d change the Nike logo in the shorts, at least I´d change the placing

they are exactly as real life, the chest really is this big,
and the nike logo on the shorts is officially on the side |

They are horrificly simple! Are you using them on the FIFA Database?
If you want it for the FIFA Database, use the Football Graphic Pack. Maybe all of them aren´t updated to this season, but they are much better than this, as anybody can do that!

these one are simple yeah, but they are updated to the 2015 kits,
but wait till you see the hardest ones. for example take marseille
that one will be hard to make,
and leggings + socks = Soccer Socks
shoes will be default corsair and gloves will be extended sidearms
