It would be good if people could look at the time of the last bid as well, please. If the 48 hour period has passed, too bad. By placing a bid on a rider you just slow the whole thing down and you won't get the rider. Just think before putting a bid on a thread thats been inactive for a while!

Ok, Sotd - to answer your question - it relies on everyone playing to be sensible - BUT the transfer period does end, normally quite abruptly - we stop bidding, then we go to a silent auction, and the highest bid wins Wink
