This is with the 2013 DB, it's based on the Expansion Pack. Ovechkin isn't riding for Rusvelo in that DB, therefore he can't race in EPIC either.

2. Due to his doping offence he was removed from the team before EPIC even began. It's nothing against you or your team - Ovechkin just isn't part of this game...
