In order of preference: Everton (<3 Fellaini), Atletico Madrid (<3 Courtois), Zenit (<3 Witsel).
EDIT: Wait, didn't see Man City (<3 Kompany).
Man City is definitely choice n°1.
Then Everton, Atletico and Zenit in that order.
