I can tell you right now: we're going to have a fun time during transfer window. |

Nothing too surprising there, except for spotting a possible transfer target of ours in the rumours. We need to talk later
I think all the teams that loaned in one of our riders this season deserve to be considered first when it comes to loans the other way now, and Petit would definitely fit in very well as a main leadout for Bennati (which basically secures him a spot in our Giro and Tour lineups).

That always concerns me. I think I can guess who you mean. As for Petit that's good to hear, I am concerned about his low Mountain stat for that role though. Look at Avenir |

If I get in next year (big IF) I'll surely be looking here. Some of those riders you've classified as available such as Guardini and also with Bardet being free. Seems like a gold mine IMO. Hope go can get in next year so I can do some business

It would be kinda boring if everyone went for different riders, wouldn't it?
That PM talk about such agreements is one of the most interesting and most challenging things in transfer season imo.
It is plan B anyway. I go down as far as plan G if necessary, but let's all hope plan A works, right?

Well, Bennati and Bar both have 55, it's not like he'd be the only one then
Don't worry. I'll just tell him to stay the fuck away from Bennett
PS: I get the feeling more and more guys start to post those pre-renewals-transfer-likeliness-kinda-things already.
Guess I'll do one of those tomorrow as well?
Always good to know about the general amount of interest in my riders to plan for renewals and transfers.

Would you be loaning Guardini to CT? If so, I'm definitely interested. Also Napolitano interests me a lot.

Guardini will be going to the PT I'm afraid, in order to max out. Napolitano will definitely be available though. His wage will be high however so you will be limited to near minimum wage riders if you sign him but the fee will be small and for a CT team he will be great. |

Do you think he would be worth it? Because I want to make an all round strong team.

Some of them or all the others?

Also do you think Bardet could be a good fit? I'm thinking of making him one of my few outside-of-focus-country riders if I get in.

Depends. My aim for his wage is 400k and the maximum for a single rider on a CT team is 500k. He is likely to be on the higher side of that range though. But if you play the market wisely you can get incredible 50k riders - look at Gazelle.
Napolitano will win any flat C2 race and would be in the Top 5/10 of C1 and HC ones. But he will cost a lot in wages and his race days can't afford to be wasted at all.
Bardet will be 77MO, 74HIL when maxed but his TT stat will limit him to domestique duties in most races.

So do you think that I should go for both? How much is the average CT budget?

1.2 million for wages and about 500k for transfers but it depends on your goals. |

But even with minimal budget you should do fine... Look at Gazelle and my team...
That said... Napo might be a nice replacement for Maksimov

Tapie's Top Ten Targets
Lovable rogue Bernard Tapie has released his list of transfer targets for the future La Vie Claire team. Subject to change due to Tapie's whims/manager intervention/laughter from audience. Expect less than half of these to happen.
Thibaut Pinot
Diego Ulissi
Jerome Coppel
Igor Anton
Maxime Monfort
Kai Reus
Steve Morabito
Jesus Del Nero
Steven Kruijswijk
Dmitri Kozontchuk
Lunacy. |

I would like at least 2 out of the first 6. The other 4 would be nice but won't happen |

With original jersey designer ANFreeman being unable to be reached, team management have turned to fellow designer aidanvn13 for jerseys for potential National Champions. He also has produced a slight variation on the original, with thanks to ANFrerman for its creation and aidanvn13 for the reworking.
