You are talking about the Continental Division 2 whichran the previous season...
Yes we had a nationallity rule, and that is where i got partially screwed over  (im not complaining SN) because we had a separate Transfer Season after the other managers, nd the good russian riders were all gone (mainly taken by OlegTinkov) I had to deal with the old leftovers...
