That must have been it
(I do generally take a small amount of screens though)

Paris Nice Stage 3

We made it all the way down to 15km to catch the breakaway. After that had happened, we decided to put a bunch of our guys at the front, and it turns out Lotto had the same idea. We raced through the fog on the descent, as we neared the final climb!

As we get to 5km to the line, Valverde and Sanchez make their move, as no one can follow! Right now Sanchez is just pacing Valverde up, but he will surely make his own move closer to the line!

He sprints to the line, and can no doubt see it, as the rest of the peloton starts to close down the gap to his rear wheel. But it seems like he can take it......

And he does! Valverde's first win of the year, and it comes in his 3rd race day! That is quite the start for him. Even Sanchez holds on for 10th, so you could say we really got a good start to the GC race here. Only time bonuses for us, but I'm confident we can make gaps later in the race, so hopefully Valverde continues to be the strongest rider.

The first screenshot is something amazing. And to put up with it, a great win, as expected. |

Great well timed move to snatch a stage win. Good start to the Paris-Nice, the race that suited your captain well in the past.

Thanks a lot everyone! Definitely keeps my motivation high for this
I have not lost any, but my schedule has become a lot busier in the past week, with schoolwork picking up, hockey starting, and if you haven't seen it (small plug) me and Mre have started a Madden NFL 13 connected Career.
At this point my goal is to keep getting 1> reports a week, because I definitely enjoy this career and want to actually finish a season before PCM 13 (if I chose to get it...)

Just take it at your own pace. It might get slow at times, but I'll enjoy it even more when there's an update then |

@ Ian: Thanks. Lucky, you get a new update today
Paris Nice Stage 4

Javier Moreno was allowed to go off into the breakaway, and his goal was to grab KOM points, but he was not able to keep up with any of the attacks made, so only got the minimum points left. The break ultimately gave up after the final KOM after it was clear they were getting caught anyway.

Boasson Hagen leads the sprint inside the final km. It looks like he could win, but Thor Hushovd is coming fast on the left side of him. Which Norwegian will it be?

And it ends up being THOOOOR!!!!!!!!! What a win to put him back in the spotlight. Sagan rounds out the top 3, and Valverde ends the day as Caisse's top finisher in 11th.

I like Thor too
Indeed very nice. I forgot to say that the sprint was a little uphill, so that probably helped.
And probably not But who knows.

Tirreno Adriatico Stage 1 (TTT)

The only real detail for Caisse today, was that they started too slow in the TTT. By the time check they were nearly 1 minute down on the race leaders, so they all went full gas after the half way mark.

But instead of decreasing their time loss, it was increased. We dont know how this happened, but the downhill section must have played a part in it. All we can do now is hope that the riders make up a minutes deficit to some of the top teams. This is no way to start the Stage Race.
