How will it work for the teams that fail to send in a list? Like Francopell probably. I hope it doesn't mean Contador's available for all..
Probably easiest if they were kept out of this round as much as possible. No stealing for them, and their best riders protected.

I agree, people that don't send in a list aren't allowed to get riders stolen from them.

People that haven't BEEN sending lists for pre-ordained reasons, otherwise anyone could just not send a list and be immune :/

Oh definitely, but I think it's pretty clear now who the absent guys are.
And maybe not all riders as well, but a selected few. In return, they can't steal any riders either. Think that's the fairest way to continue this for them. If they ever show up again that is ofc.

No no, the riders I got in the draft were fine, but then there was a correction which gave me Bazzana who wasn't ever on any of my lists |

Woo hoo finished for the day, mostly 
I finished and confirmed everything earlier today in my files (that does mean some people missed the deadline) but hvnt had a chance to write anything up yet.
Simply i dont have time for the arty stuff unfortunatley so a normal style write up will come shortly
I have had to input a limit on the number of riders a team can loose. This limit is 2 riders.
The results coming soon!
oh and blame sutty for slowing everything up
