Would anyone be able to help me with a question relating to training? If I have a rider and want to train stats that are below his average and won't affect his average, what do I pay? The amount to increase his stats or the amount I would if his average increased - which it wouldn't. |

I don't think it has anything to do with average increasing.
You pay for whichever is the highest: current average or stat to train.

None of them, the amount correlating to his average. Just because it doesn't change doesn't mean there is another ruling.

I think it is rounded up to 72.
What is over .5 goes to the next value. Under .5 goes to previous value

By the way, who says that C2 eligibility will be the same as this season? It was a somewhat arbitrary number, and I feel the gamble hardly ever paid off for PCT teams.
Or you could just forget about C2 eligibility and sell him to me

If anything, that number was too high at 74avg. It made no sense to send someone to C2 to grab results imo, just for experience. Look at CSC, who were sending Barrio to C2 all season and it maybe helped them to going down a division. Because i think Barrio could do some surprise at C1 and it would be worth much more.

It was 72, which was fair enough as the best PCT riders who were C2 eligible struggled due to lack of support stats bar Sonnery and Santos. So I don't see a problem. |
