Nice, I want England to win, don't have much sympathy towards Uruguay. |

Fun fact: Rooney scored just few minutes after ~750 minutes "pause" & not-scoring, which is a new negative record on this WC.

The goal kick was touched by Gerrard, thus a regular goal.

England will be good at the 2026 WC when their new development project might be kicking in.
England misses players with flair and dribbling abilities.
Robben for example would be great for England.
Rooneys goal came from an assist with a surprising dribbling that made (was it Welbeck? Sturridge? absolutely forgot it) that happen. A lot of space to go in and plenty of time to make a pass into the middle.
Also maybe a new fresh coach, why not a german one
Now Japan plays, come on Japan.

Japan look bad. I predict Kagawa comes on at half time for Osako or Okazaki.
And Japan with 70% possession at the half

It's the only luck Holland has. Absolute average team but with Robben and Van Persie.
Take them away and add Huntelaar and Lens and we're absolutely shit. |

Horrible game plan by Japan after the red card (not great before that either), shugging high crosses into the box against Manolas and Sokratis hardly seems clever when ur a team of midgets...
Seeing Steven 'The Slip' Gerrard crumble as usual when it matters the most put a smile on my face though, he deserves it the unholy hypocrytical cunt. |
