Is there a way to get the custom training schedules from one team to another, in this case from my Lampre career to my Euskaltel career?

Yes, simply save the schedule, then switch to the euskaltel career and find a custom schedule (should be 30 blank ones to begin with) then simply load the schedule over the top of the blank one.

Is there something like a limit of exported results in the PCM folder? They wouldn't show up for two races but when I deleted some older results, it worked again.

I don't know.
After some Windows 8.1 related issues and some minor post-season database tweaks, I started a new career, this time with RadioShack-Leopard for a change. It's an interesting team that's only among the top favourites in the cobbled classics, but can get decent results everywhere. Also, the amount of ancient dinosaurs in the team, as well as the sponsor contracts ending (I won't renew), creates great opportunities for shaping a team for the future.
Main season goals are the cobbled classics & Sanremo (Cancellara), stage win & polkadot jersey in the Tour (Schleck) and of course I want to win the Vuelta with Horner, who is also ambitious for Catalunya, Pais Vasco and the Ardennes classics.
The season started really well with a double NC victory for Sergent, followed by two stages (Nizzolo, Kiserlovski) and the GC (Kiserlovski) in the Tour Down Under. I love that race.
Especially proud of Nizzolo's victory on stage 1, where we had to close down a huge gap to the breakaway (9 minutes, 80 km). Massive work from Devolder, Hondo and Roulston first, then a powerful pull from Hermans, followed by a brilliant Kiserlovski, who lead the peloton through the hilly finale, catching the breakaway and being able to pull until 2 km to go, draining the legs of the pure sprinters. Then Gallopin started his lead-out and Nizzolo finished it off perfectly. Team work doesn't get any better than this. |

Nice performance at Tour Down Under. I personally really don't dig that race but that's maybe because I never have many aspirations for these Tour. Do you think you have a shot with Schleck at the Tour?

Absolutely not! I set Andy's climbing stat to 75 and lowered most of his other stats too, so he will be targeting stage wins and the polkadot jersey. He still has the potential though, so I hope to bring him back to his former glory by 2016 or so |

2016, that's a long time plan then. Sounds good.

So, i've started up a little side career, where i try to bring a custom team from Continental to World Tour #1, without actually 3D playing. This way, it progresses super fast, and i got through the first season in two days. At the end of each season i'll post the season statistics and give team related info. And Jack O'Connor is also in this DB, because that's my db with the most young riders like Yates, Mohoric and such, but his stats are different to the ones for the story, but a good indication of his potential/abilities.
Of course, just any team would be boring, so i decided to revive HTC, but it's a bit of an all-round team now. The real twist however is that i'll only sign riders aged 23 or less, might change that a little after the first few seasons, so that i don't just have to sign regens. And as long as we're Conti or Pro Conti i'll also only sign english speaking riders. This is the squad for the second season, in which we will be PCT, thanks to some outstanding work, especially by the two Bennets. Our first seasons squad was basically the same, minus English and Yates:

This happened in Season 1:

(Promoted: Androni & IAM)
(Relegated: Lampre & Euskaltel)
I'm kind off scared that it'll be straight back down for us, since we don't have anybody to do well at the WT races, so we won't gain any CQ Points there. We'll try to have our riders in top form for races like the Tour of California, the USAPCC and the Tour of Britain, and maybe gain wildcards for Pologne and/or Beijing, to make some easy points.
EDIT: Contador won the Velo d'Or ahead of Battaglin and Boonen.

Yes, Battaglin was a really weird story. I decided at the start that i'd play the Worlds and maybe a few Nationals, so i actually played that one. I played with Slovakia, to get Sagan the rainbow, and it was liek this: After the final hill, Scarponi was about forty seconds ahead, and there was a group of ten, containing Sagan, behind. I put Sagan to the front with dot 80, and he brought back Scarponi until Scarponi was about 300 metres ahead, with 1,4km to go, everybody else was wheelsucking Sagan. Then i let Sagan sprint, overtook Scarponi, and Battaglin jumped out of Peters wheel to take the win.

Nice idea Dippo, congratz on promotion to PCT level already in the first season. And, finally I know in which language you play.

Because my HTC career is unplayable due to the Mallorca bug atm, i'm playing a bit with Guinness again, and i've encountered a bit of a problem: I've got J.D. Atapuma, who has 81 Mountain with just 73 Hill. This way, i keep loosing time on the hilly stages that i sim, and can't make up enough time on the Mountains. What do you guys think would be a good edit for that, to make it a bit more level?

75-77HL should prevent too much loss if he has decent form. Also for those types of stages make sure he's set to Normal Ride. It will mean he will ride to stay with the top guys as best he can, provided he is in a good GC position pre-stage.
Obviously the best GT riders are 77+, so it depends how you want to do it.

Thanks for the advice, because i don't want to improve him too much, would be cheating. I'll make him 77 then, because he just improved to 82 Mountain and still has a star left, so it'd be annoying if somebody with 83+ couldn't do well at a GT just because of the hills.

Hilly are the worst ones to quick sim in my opinion, always goes a bit dodgy.
Let's hope both careers go well.
I personally have nothing on the go, but I hope everyone else is enjoying themselves, |
