Oh, wasn't paying enough attention then...
Guido wasn't, he was in red today.

A lot seemed to fade in what must have been quite a wind that they misjudged? |

Degenkolb was wearing red jersey. Never in the 30 first inside the final km.

Feel for Matt Goss. Had nobody with him inside the last k due to crashes, whereas OMQ and CAN had 3 guys. Very happy with 3rd. Onwards and upwards.
Perfect leadout for Cav. Steegemans brilliant. |

Great leadout for Cav, impressing sprint afterwards. Well deserved.

Perfect leadout from Steegmans. Good to see that they got it right after so many fails.
Gavazzi better than expected. I might actually end up being right about him winning a stage this year.

Anyone else think that road was too narrow? Bouhanni was blocked like 4 times, mostly from riders dropping off the front.

Considering the circumstances and competition not too bad a result for Goss to finish third. Who achieves a better result without (much) help then he did with help, though admittedly the size of the sample pool makes this statement a bit ridiculous. |

I liked Cav's post-race comment - 'I'm just the exhaust -the piece at the back that makes all the noise'. |

Yes, good performance by him, but he almost took a Garmin rider out (Hunter I think) on his way to that 5th place.

I could understand Eurosport for not showing the Giro whilst the snooker-WC was taking place, but now they arn't broadcasting anything of importance!
I don't give a tiny rats ass about it being on Eurosport 2, I don't have that channel!
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

I could understand them for showing it live, but not for a 4th repeat. U-17 football, I only like it because Holland is EC at the moment

Yeah, what do you expect with all those talented Feyenoord players .
But yeah, it's strange that they're not broadcasting it. Eurosport 2 as well here, but I watch Sporza anyway
