I can provide assistance in the form of photographs of Kazakh riders, if necessary! Thank you very much for your efforts! |

I don't know what you're saying, but:
1. You're welcome to continue your save game.
2. No, not all changes (c. 95 % of them) won't be implented in your 2.1 save game. |

You will be able to continue your old career, but not with the new features in the V3 version. It will be just like playing the V2.1
EDIT: CrueTrue beat me too it...

Thank you! So I will need to start a new career? This will be the last update before the game to appear Pro Cycling Manager 2009? |

It's very much recommended to start a new career, yes, but you're also free to continue your career if you're satisfied with it.
PCM.daily is not going to release more updates after the V3 release. Maybe a historical project although I doubt it. |

If possible the number of race days before riders start losing form should be increased. Riders like Sastre, Vande Velde, Menchov, do 4 or 5 stage races + giro and Tour, ending the Tour with 70, 75 days raced. The actual 60 days are a too low, also it doesn't look to matter for the AI otherwise riders with 85 days would perform so well as i've seen. Most of the top riders end the season with more than 80 days, of course riders are different and some need more days to achieve form but a good example was last year Gilbert that raced more than 100 days or around that and won the Paris-Tours, that would never been possible in PCM08. |

We already altered the fatigue for the V2, indirectly allowing more race days. We may tweak it a little more, but in general, it's up to Cyanide to fix this for PCM09 |

I don't know if you've covered this already. I readd you were lowring potentials and slowing the development of riders, which I think is great, as it has been my major issues with this game.
Another issue would be the level of the u-23 riders created by the game, and I would like to know whether you would be looking to improve these.
If so, have a look in STA_potential (in case you didn't know). I think it lists how good the u-23 riders will be in their top 5 skills. By increasing values in STA-potential, I think you would have better u-23 riders.
Hope you understand. |

Yup. A fictional route with a lot of real life climbs that for various reasons will never be used in cycling. Made on purpose to be much harder than a real grand tour can ever be (late 90s Giros excepted). |

And it can't be used with the V2 without changing the database. |

Personally, I like the really hard variants more than more realistic ones, as it makes it more interesting.
I also like how the Giro organizers "made-up" for the really hard Giros in the late nineties by have really easy ones in the early two-thousands. |
