Dreadful TT performance, luckily no one really took advantage of our off day.
Not great on the last stage either, but still much better. It was pretty predictable that we were gonna play it safe and I can't complain with that. In the end we achieved all our goals. Pogacar won the race, we won the team classification and we got a stage win also
And when I say we won, I'd like to thank Nemolito for "loaning" us Osorio and Ruiz. The same with Tinxia and Primozic. The team classification victory is a great way to say how we all won together
Thank you to Abhi for organising and reporting the race. Maybe next year we can have a more exciting battle and maybe a different route, but the reports were still first class
"I am a cyclist, I may not be the best, but that is what I strive to be. I may never get there, but I will never quit trying." - Tadej Pogačar

To be honest, quite a good race for the very few riders I had here so I’m pretty happy with that
Thijssen unfortunately couldn’t deliver a stage win but, having achieved a 2nd and 3rd, he gets 5th in the Points which shows promising signs for the future.
Kawasaki, the aggressive stagiare, has all but secured himself a contract for next season here. Multiple breakaway appearances, 4th in the KOM and showing some strength on all terrains. Good on ya kid!
Thank you for the reports Abhi!!! Big congrats to the various teams who took stage wins and did well in the final classifications

And Vansevenant tops it off with a very good performance from the break. Both him and Bjerg made the most of this race. Thanks croatia and cunego for the cooperation!
Congrats redordead and thanks for the reports Abhi!

Congrats to Cedevita. Pogocasr did what he was supposed to and looks poised for a long career at the top. It was nice to see McNulty get the podium.
For us, the last few stages were uneventful given our lack of a climber, but that's fine. Always a fun race anyway. Next year we should have a few more Level 3 guys who can actually compete.
Thanks for the reports Abhi!

Heartbreak for Nathan, to only slip away in the final few kilometers. Still a fabulous 9 Stages from him, 4th Overall is so far above pre-race expectations. Even more so when you consider he's only a Stagiere this season! But wow, what a way to earn that full time contract.
Morales Ortega again in the break. He also had a nice time working with Volcania.

An okay first try in l'Avenir by Halland Johannessen and maybe Idar Andersen.
But the rest...... abysmal performance really
Nevertheless a great race to be part of and really exciting to race in our own jersey.
Thank you Abhi for racing this wonderful event! |

First of, Thank you Abhi for all the work. Amazing as allways.
For us, a top ten GC with two stage wins and some other solid performences. Can't complain.

Good to see Hirschi claim that final Top 10 spot, although the overall outcome is pretty disappointing. The TT hurt him even more than expected - I guess he had two pretty bad days there. Furthermore, the hilly stages were too easy to create some gaps - hopefully there will be at least one tougher one next year.
Really happy with Schmid's performance, though - great job as a level 1 rider. Whatever team he'll ride for next year, he'll be either an amazing dom or a straight Top10 candidate in his own right. This year, he already got the team's best stage result with a 2nd place.
Bissegger and Brunel missed out on the "really big thing", but both finished the long TT in the Top10, so that's a job well done.
Congrats to Cedevita on an expected yet still pretty impressive win, and thanks to Abhi for reporting!

Thanks for the great reports and running the race.
McNulty got the time he needed on Stage 9 to get the podium and reach the goals so count the race as a success. This kind of diesel performance is probably his strategy I should get used to. Team was anonymous but got their leader where they needed to go.
Great last day from Jorgenson makes it a good race for the US riders.
