MacC: Thanks mate! You provided plenty of competition in the TTs this season so I'm anticipating domination from you in 2022!
redordead: As much as that would be the dream, my times in the PCT in the past have been turbulent at best. However, the squad is definitely in a better place this time around.
The real cream of our 2021 crop. The only rider we have that realises their full potential this season is the young Italian who spent this season honing his craft on loan at Team Puma - SAP who finished 2nd in the Pro Tour. He will be U25 eligible next season and training eligible the season after that. We have a big future planned for the 2nd coming of Vicenzo Nibali.
We have an interesting rider in young Thijssen. He began to show his talents in l'Avenir but he's one of those with a great kick but not the all-round ability to back it up. He may become a back-up leader in the future.
A rider we were able to bring in for free from the CT draft, it felt wrong to miss an opportunity to support the development of a young rider. He will only max when he's about 27 where he will be a useful addition to the TTT set-up.
Really love the talents. Looking forward what you will do with Conci in the future. Guess the other three would all have their place at a certain Latin American/Belgian team that is in the MG circuit, if you'd ever think of getting rid of them

Conci is such a nice rider to have max out in time for PCT, super jealous! Also huge that you can keep the remaining guys on your team this year to keep their development going.
Again congrats on a fantastic season and I don't think there's no doubts about the fact that you're in a much better spot for PCT thank I am.
