GC wise what I hoped. Stage wise a bit disappointing.
Not sure if VW or I did score more. Probably similar.
Also the gap to Vueling a bit smaller I guess.

Pokerstars pulling away from me after this race, and everyone else gaining on me. Did not go my way at all. Second stringers aren't good to rely on I guess!

Well Schumacher was very disappointing in this one, mostly due to the AI not choosing him as the leader I think. Goncalves did alright, moved up quite a bit in the TT there. But overall a good race. Very entertaining, thank you Selwink for the quality and pace of the reports!

An absolutely storming win for Phinney there.
VDB finishing in 6th is a great result, probably his best of the season,and makes me feel like I'm actually contributing a bit this season

Ratiy did what was expected, between 25-30th. Bagot did well, Vasyliv tried, Tzortzakis started well, but finished badly... Not a great race, but we didn't expect it to be.

Title contenders Vesuvio and Wikipedia have won the 2 latest races, and the Luxembourg squad edge the Americans in the scoring by 13 points over these two races. It's clearly a two horse race now.
Pokerstars gained about 40 points on Good Energy, but Becherovka storm into the battle with 3rd with the best performance of anybody over the last two races, fired on by Velits and Sagan.
In the relegation points it was 222 points for VolksWagen, 181 for Rothaus and 148 for Santander. VolksWagen now move out of the relegation zone, with Santander falling in - surely permanently?
Bouygues and Vueling scored 126 and 124 points, but the German squads will need to make larger gains if they are really to catch them.
Meanwhile Simply Red Bull move ahead of Tinkoff for 6th.

Not impossible though. Can't wait for ToNE. Lisbon Classic meh. Not sure if AI handles my squad. Really afraid not very well with a sprinter puncher mix. |

Nice to see such a close battle at the top. Phinney got a massive amount of points here with 2 stage wins and the overall, but maybe Schleck's victory in stage 4 probably saved a lot here for Vesuvio, as the yellow Jersey bonus kept him high in the GC. Phinney will have to score big in Tasmania to get Wikipedia in 1st, so my guess is Vesuvio will keep its lead in the end.

I would have preferred to see Pokerstars, Good Energy or Becherovka take the title but they seem too far away now - all guns out to stop Wikipedia doing the double then. May need a few more overperformances as Summerhill and Van Garderen could be quite dangerous in Lisbon, TONE and Praha.

One last month left and there are still several hard battles ahead!
Obviously, only Wikipedia and Vesuvio can dream about title. 140 points in Vesuvio favor might be enough, but Summerhill, Phinney and Van Garderen didn´t say last word for sure!
Battle for third has a new contender, battle between Pokerstars and Good Energy has a new contender - Becherovka. Roman, can you please provide your schedule for upcoming races? I have a bad feeling Bewley will race all ToNE, Lisbon and P-KV-P...
Regarding to battle for avoiding relegation, Santander is pretty sure doomed already. Question is, will Rothaus save their ass in last minute or not? Im my pre-season prediction I was confident they´ll stay in PT for next season, hopefully roturn show me I was right

That was the last race where we had nobody serious going for points. Now have at least Roelandts/Taaramae/Bakelants in each of the final races, so we should be safe

Nice to still be 10th with a little gap down to Pendleton's in 11th.
ToNE looks to be key for Wikipedia if they're going to overtake Vesuvio, they really need a great race from Summerhill there, I suspect.
In the battle to avoid relegation, VW-Mapei are looking pretty good right now with that 219 points gap down to Rothaus, but it won't take much to turn that around. It could come down to breakaway luck in the two stage races left, assuming AI avoids them succeeding in the classics.

Fantastic to see us getting right into the battle for 3rd. We actually have a chance to repeat our 4th place from the last season, and I really didn't expect that, as a lot of my money of our wage cap goes into paying Hirt's wage and majority of my team is full of unmaxed riders. In addition we accomplished 4 of 5 of our goals (difficulty 20 from 23) and I think we have the most wins ever of all our seasons since 2010. Decent season that.

It will be interesting to watch other battles in the table as well. It will be interesting to see who will win it all and who will relegate. The interesting thing to watch will be individual standings as well, but Trofimov is the big favourite there. By the way it's a really nice surprise to see Velits as high as 23rd. His season went point wise from a bad one into a really good in these last two races.

Crikey. I could end up below both Pokerstars and Becherovka soon! Still, I've happily overperformed all season and have outstripped what I thought would be possible. Just hope Guarnieri, Ponzi and the Cobblers can pull out some points over Bewley, Ginanni, and all the rest!
Still, I should have stronger teams for most races compared to this race. At least some chance to score points.

Hoping for a solid enough end to our season to try and hold 6th place, though with trofimov in two races it will not be easy. Copp in Tasmania and dab in tone with both in the TTT.
Cannot see us bridging chasm to top five, we are not quite there yet!

First of all thanks for having me in this race, it was the obvious choice for a wild card.
I tried to bring my best team here as far as that was possible considering the XP were an important factor in the decision to apply for a PT race at all.
Sadly, due to me missing Avenir signup, only Ringheim really goes up a level solely because of this race.
And to my slight surprise, we already justify this wildcard in the same style as we did in our first one back at GP de Fourmies two years ago 
Sorry to everyone missing out on vital stage points.
Giaux is a monster leadout in the second half of the season, it seems. Incredibly nice job.
The only relevant thing about the TTT is that it was held less than 20km from where I live, but apparently that didn't help the team
The big story for stage 3 is obviously the 29th position of Herklotz, which hopefully will be the worst position in a selective hilly Deutschland Tour stage in his career 
Funny that Nerz missed out there.
Stage 4 confirms my earlier hope of Herklotz never finishing lower than 29th (and I swear to god I wrote that before reading this report!!!)
A short transfer season preview: I only accept inquiries above 5.000.000€
The mountain stage shows Nerz could've gotten a good GC here if it wasn't for that strange time loss.
Last sprint...Sagan ahead of Ciolek...well real life MSR 2013 is what really counts, isn't it?
The TT is a small disappointment with neither Nerz nor Sütterlin really making any impact, but 17th overall for Nerz is a good result, and if we subtract the 2'46 loss from the hilly stage, it actually makes for an amazing tied 10th place!
Apart from that, the big result obviously was Ciolek's stage win and yellow as well as his second place in the last sprint and I can't help but mention Silvio Herklotz again
Be very happy everyone that I wasted a year on his development.
Last but not least thanks again for having me and I hoped my team proved worthy enough to be considered for future wildcard next season, I'd certainly love to be here (or anywhere else on the ProTour circuit) again!
