"Neureuther (and Dopfer) will beat the shit out of you Austrians"... Yeah, I'm gonna quote you on that one.
I'd love to see Dopfer win a medal though since he's from Innsbruck but...c'mon, not really gonna happen.

He should get them something. But getting a medal and "beating the shit out of you Austrians" are two entirely different things though, just saying.

Just what i was seeing, not good.
And Schlierenzauer literally just went down like a stone, no hope for a medal there.

Schlieri
Hayböck still with great chances for a medal, only about 1 point from Prevc. Same goes for Diethard. Very bitter for Freund. Stoch with an incredible jump.

Crashed at the landing, but he got back up again quite fast. So no injury hopefully.

Hah, long story.
I was at my sister's, so I was relying on the TV feed and couldn't multi-tab livestreams.
The broadcasting channel previewed the evening schedule saying ski jumping would be live and highlights from the luge in between rounds.
Then they just showed the first few jumpers and switched to luge, obviously because Loch was about to take gold. A fact that was known since yesterday, so why would you need to make a quick decision?
Okay, they showed the luge, but that finished in time to theoretically show the last 15 jumpers.
For some reason, they decided to show the national news first (a 15-minute show!). After that, you could've still caught the last 5 live, but then they first showed the victory ceremony before making a quick 5-minute highlight reel from the first round...
So all the time I could only follow the ticker, and even that was hardly updated live.
We pay TV licence for that!!
And yep, Freund sucked. But it's the Olympics, Germans always suck at the big events.
