Thanks for all the comments guys! And Dienblad, I already play at hard difficulty, this is my first PCM game so I don't think I will be good enough for that. And I'm still awaiting the WT races ofcourse.

Stage 2: Tour of Oman

The same story as yesterday again; a BOTD gets away. With the following names in it:

B. Leukemans
S. Salas
O. Bulgarelli
B. Lancaster

But yea, you can guess it already. They get caught. It will be a mass sprint again. But Theo Bos and Kruopis canâ€™t follow the pace at the last uphill part of the stage.
Their mountain stats are just not good enough to keep up! They can stay in the peleton, but they lose all of their energy so they canâ€™t sprint!
In the end, Bennati, a good hilly rider takes the win home with a massive power explosion in a tough finish! A great result for Bennati! Samuel Dumoulin takes the 2nd place, and Visconti takes the third place! Very disappointing for VVV-Venlo Pro Cycling, but the finish was just too tough for our sprinters!

Stage 3: Tour of Oman

In this downhill stage the pace will be extremely high, so we will try to keep our sprinters well placed. In the beginning of the stage we try to let Gijs Penning, our young talent, jump with the BOTD. He gives it a shot but the peleton was too hard on him, unfortunately.

Finally a BOTD does get formed, and itâ€™s a 4- man group again! And maybe family from Chuck Norris is in it? Names:

But as the race goes on the peleton catches the breakaway again, ofcourseâ€¦ We are trying to set up Bos and Kruopis in a good position, but with the extreme pace itâ€™s very tough, I can tell you that! In the end the peleton splits apart, because of the extreme pace! We are going to finish with a group of 81 riders. About 30 riders get dropped.
Bos tries to follow Cavendish, but the Cav is in great form this season! With Cancellara making the pace for Bennati it was almost impossible for us to follow that, so our sprinters started around the 15th position.
Too far back to get a win, but maybe they can get a top 5? They give it their everything but itâ€™s not enough. The wearer of the leaders jersey, Bennati, finishes in 2nd place. Heâ€™s a big gap behind our winner. I think you know who wonâ€¦ Dumoulin takes 3rd, he must be in great shape this early in the season!

Bos and Kruopis have a decent sprint and both finish in the top 10, with a 6th and 7th place. Still not enough, we expect more from â€“especially- Bosâ€¦

Again the same story as the other days in Oman, haha. A BOTD gets away. Names in the BOTD:

M. Nino Corredor
B. Leukemans
N. Sijmens
E. Greene
K. Hanson
H. Aguilar

They do their best but they get caught. Liquigas and Sky are just two very, very strong teams. If they start riding itâ€™s tough to follow.

Into the sprint, Bos is in the wheel of the Cav and Kruopis is in the wheel of Bennati. But they are losing a lot of energy trying to follow the extreme pace.
Weirdly, Cavendish and Bennati donâ€™t seem to have a problem with that and Cavendish takes the stage again. Itâ€™s beginning to get dullâ€¦ Bos lost too much energy for a top 5, itâ€™s a 9th place for him. Kruopis does a pretty good job with getting the 5th place. Should have been 4th, Iâ€™m sure he was faster than Dumoulinâ€¦ Second place goes to Elia Viviani, Bennati is the third rider to cross the finish line. Tomorrow is the mountain stage, where our riders donâ€™t stand a chance. This will be a disappointing Tour of Oman for the team.

He does...It's crazy! He follows the extreme pace almost with no problems and always wins by big margins...

Stage 5: Tour of Oman

Today is the mountain stage in the Tour of Oman! We arenâ€™t really looking forward to it, as we donâ€™t have any climbers with the team today. Weâ€™ll be looking to get Tewelde a good result. As usual a BOTD gets away:

They are enjoying the view because the peleton wonâ€™t let them get too far. So they know they will get caught.

About 20kms till the end they get caught, as expected. We are trying to get Tewelde in a good position we he notices the pace has dropped somewhat. I quickly yell him to attack! And he does, getting a fairly good gap quickly. With 7kms of fierce climbing to go the gap is 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

But then the strong Irishman, Dan Martin, attacks, and within 4kms he brushes away the gap and flyâ€™s past Tewelde. He tries to hang on but gets dropped almost immediately. The same happens when Valverde and LÃ¶vkvist come along. But we are close to the finish now, KlÃ¶den is getting to him aswell. Tewelde is trying to get that top 5 spot! With Rubianoâ€™s breath in his neck he gives everything to join KlÃ¶den. With the finish in sight Martin takes the win! Second is Valverde and the 3rd place goes to LÃ¶vkvist. Fourth place goes to KlÃ¶den, but he has been given the same time as Tewelde, who gets his top 5 spot! A great result for the team in this mountain stage! Also a very good result for Martin, who must have had a great form!

With 90kms to go they still have 12 minutes lead! I decide to pull them back and send Roulston, Trentin and Tewelde to the front. Gijs Penning, our youngster, is doing a great job providing us with fresh water! The gap is decreasing rapidly. But with 20kms to go itâ€™s still 2 minutes! We need the help of Liquigas and Sky to pull them back, luckily they decide to help us and the gap gets closed very quickly now.

Going into the sprint Kruopis is following Cavendish, and Bos is in the wheel of his teammate Phinney. When they start the sprint Bos does well, can he take the win here? Cavendish has lost a bit of his form, or atleast, it looks like it! Heâ€™s sprinting for a top 5, and not for a win today!
Samuel Dumoulin and Bennati are sprinting for a top 3 place, they are not good enough to take the win today! Cavendish seems to have found some reserves, heâ€™s now into the top 3 behind Viviani and Bos. But one of these two will win today! Itâ€™s very, very tight! Itâ€™s a drag race now! Decide for yourself who wins and then watch the results, Iâ€™m curious what you guys think. Cavendish has a great last 200 meters and he takes the 3rd place! Kruopis is very disappointing today, with the 7th place. Again, he lost too much energy following Cavendish.
