first of all save them in your computer. Then you have to put them as .tga files. Go to the PCM main folder to CM_textures/team and select the team you want to put the shirts on. Then just give them the same name as the one you want to replace.
EXAMPLE: if you want to replace t-mobile shirt, you go to their folder and give the shirt you want to put there the name tmo_maillot

go to a imagehoster like www.tynipic.com (the one i use) upload it there and then copy the url they give you to here. Then select the url and click the img button.
