Yeah 20-30. You have to stop, wait for the wheel or new bike, start, regain momentum and rhythm so definitely 30 secs IMO.
Tony should be okay for olimpics (if he doesnt catch a flat tyre...)

Cancellara will take this I think. We'll see Wiggins but I don't think that he is beatable by beating the world champion by take twenty off for flat, ten for injury... 9 seconds at the first timecheck.
