well, in general, having been to Italy a few times, I really think that when Italians speak it sounds like a song. really nice spoken language
back to topic, what's up with Hoogerland?

Impressive work by Vacansoleil, Hoogerland + Carrara in the break. And Larsson's coming. |

Gilbert's answer to Sánchez's attack was quite impressive.
EDIT: kms to the finish, anyone?

Sprint? Sánchez, Kolobnev and Cunego all sprint well. But my brain says Gilbert wins7
EDIT: He didn't even wait for the damned sprint, did he

Gilbert and Samu could be an interesting finish for sure, I'd bet on Samu though unfortunately (as I like Gilbert) if it came down to the two of them.

I'm pretty confident that Gilbert wins in a sprint
easily the biggest career win for whichever one wins

From the Rai feed that I have it looks like Gilbert is the only one really doing work, then he pulled up next to Sanchez and Sanchez just shook his head.
Wonder What's Goin' On.

A monument is way bigger than the Olympics.

Great race by Gilbert, made that huge attack which distanced him from everyone but Sanchez and then still had the kick left to go again at the finish. Stellar ride.

Gilbert is amazing this fall! Never thought he'd be able to win a race as hard as Lombardy
