I don't think he retired. Latest news is from 8th of April where the Kazakh Federation says that he's free to ride (according to this document). |

Save it as akashechkin.tga, put it in Gui/cyclist_photo, go in CLEditor, and where it says something like cyclist photo put akashechkin. Don't forget to save it as tga 24bit in paint.NET. |
