HEY 
I need help. I sat and looked cycling yesterday and then did it myself that I would make Vinokourov, but I do not have a picture of him and so if i want to make your guess on how Vinokourov be Fx. mountain 83, etc.

Indeed, Vinokourov was always better in middle mountains and hills then the real high mountains, were he often 'bonked' |

plus did well in the last TT in Vuelta 06 when he won the whole race so I think he is somewhere better than a rider like Evans

ye, and he won a TT stage in dauphiné. the last one. but he wasn´t consistent so I´d say maybe 79 or 80. I think tat a rider deserves 81 or higher if he can be competitive in the attribute for a few years. but not higher than 80.
but he deserves 81 in HILL though.
he deserves 68-70 in SP. remember his two stage wins in the tour 05, liege bastogne 05. |

His sprint should be in the low 60s. Remember in 2005 all he had to do was beat Santiago Botero in a sprint, the Champs Elysses was all about power - and probably the dope.
