You dont pay any wage. Should you want to give them a contract after this season is done then they are a part of your regular renewals process and will need a full contract.

They will enter renewals just like all your other riders. You can then decide to give them a normal contract (where their demands will depend on their strengths and results), or release them.

Looking forward to see the draft strategies for this year
The FA market looks more dried-out than in previous years (especially when there were just 14 CT teams or so), but there are definitely some interesting riders left
