Transfer DB and Rules are posted asap beforehand.

Unresolved free agent bids will go to a silent auction
Deadline for Transfer Sheets (unless in silent auction)
Noting that for the first few days.

I can't believe I'm not on a cruise again during transfers.
But then again, they fall right into exam season this time...
Has having a plan actually ever helped in transfers?

Decided not to make a plan as I never stick to it anyway, hopefully early on I work out whether it is better to focus on talents or a potential promotion push as the market reveals itself.

Can not wait. Unlike some others, Kulczyk management has developed a plan for the transfer season, we’ll see which iteration we end up at; last year it was Transfer Plan M

When can we expect the final DB?
It's close by, and having very limited time, due to vacation, I would love to get those final talents and FA riders sorted out.
