Hey there,
With the PCM.daily Lite Pack being released, I started to work on startlists once again. The plan is to create startlists for as many races as possible, starting with the WorldTour stage races, then classics and then step by step down the ranks (2.HC, 1.HC, and so on).
Spoiler
Completed startlists as things stand
1. UWT
Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race
 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad
 Strade Bianche
 Milano-Sanremo
 Dwars Door Vlaanderen
 E3 Harelbeke
 Gent-Wevelgem
 Ronde van Vlaanderen
 Paris-Roubaix
 Amstel Gold Race
 La Flèche Wallonne
 Liège-Bastogne-Liège
 Rund um den Finanzplatz Eschborn-Frankfurt
 Clásica San Sebastian
 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic
2. UWT
 Santos Tour Down Under
 Abu Dhabi Tour
 Paris-Nice
 Tirreno-Adriatico
 Volta Ciclista a Catalunya
 Vuelta al Pais Vasco
 Tour de Romandie
 Giro d´Italia
 Amgen Tour of California
 Critérium du Dauphiné
 Tour de Suisse
 Tour de France
 Tour de Pologne
  BinckBank Tour
17.06
The first Grand Tour is already history, and the Giro is also the first startlist I created so far. It contains all the riders that actually started in Alghero - meaning that Astana competes with 8 riders, and Bardiani with 7 respectively.
18.06 Update
All WorldTour stage races up to the Tour de France now have a complete startlist - with two little exceptions: for the Santos Tour Down Under, the UniSA-Australia team is not in the database so you have to do without as with the eight rider of Astana for Tirreno-Adriatico (you may know the story ). Together with the Giro startlist, the latest 10 are merged in the attached file below.
You can find a .rar-file as attachment. Open it, unrar it and place the .xml-files in the documents folder of your PCM 2017:
C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2017\Cloud\Startlists
Important: These startlists base on the PCM.daily Lite Pack! So, it`s likely they won't work with other DBs than this!
So long,
Enjoy!

26.06 Update
The startlists for the WorldTour one-day races up to this day of the year are ready for download now. Team Korda Mentha and Team Germany are not included at this point for the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Race, and respectively Eschborn-Frankfurt. I´m going to try to implement them at a reasonable point.
The attachment to this post contains the one-day races only. However, you can download the complete set of created startlists at the top of the thread (well, at least under the very first post).
27.06 Update
Every competing team has announced it´s roster for the Tour de France by now and in the thrill of anticipation for the Grand Depart, you can find the startlist below this post (Tour de France startlist only) or altogether with the others one post above. Please note that the rosters are subject to change ´til Saturday. I´d update the startlist in this case then.
01.07 Update
Just a small adjustment for the Tour de France startlist.
Cofidis: Nicolas Edet (ADDED) - Geoffrey Soupe (REMOVED)
Trek: Haimar Zubeldia (ADDED) - André Cardoso (REMOVED)
Updated file is also included in the pack below the first post.
Vive le tour!
15.08 Update
The four WorldTour races which took place between le Tour and la Vuelta and now added to the files. For the Tour de Pologne, the Polish national team is yet to be included. While testing, I realised that the developers have adjusted neither the maximal number of teams nor the maximum of riders for each team for the new season.
Consequences:
(I) Some teams selected in the startlist may not be available in-race
(II) Actual number of riders per team may differ from ticked number
For example, again, Tour de Pologne: Only six instead of seven cyclists ride for each team. This may have affected previous startlists, too. As it is (or at least should be) only a small database matter, I think of releasing an adjusted DB at the end of the week, to stretch these restrictions.

Pretty good job.
But I am angry that I didn´t find this topic eariler because that could save me several hours of work.
Ideas:
In my startlist I replaced UniSA-Australia with team Drapac (also Australian team) and used real rides from startlist.
And as second I used Fuglsang insted of Scarponi for Tirreno-Adriatico (the most similiar type of rider I think) |

I feel you. It is indeed a very time-consuming work.
Your ideas are much appreciated. My mind is torn, however, between accuracy and completion. We´ll see. |

Cheers, glad you guys like it.
In the next couple of hours (before the start of the time trial) I will upload the now official startlist. As you may have noticed, there have been two alterations, with Trek and Cofidis replacing one rider each. Can´t have you all starting with a non-100% identical list |
