However, Cyanide will also release both a realnamesdb after the release of the game, plus a pack with all the real shirts even for the continental-teams.

Cyanide didn't make it. they can't because of legal issues.

look at the screenshots section. I remember Lokvist's stats being in one of them. I think it was the "best Time Triallists" one

I'm under the distinct impression that someone else made it.
pherhaps some Cyanide employee on his own.
who knows, but Cyanide cannot release it as their own work, as it would be a breach of copyright. they'd be sued.
