ok i'll try to explain you but it's complicate and my english is really bad...
It's difficult to add new equipments in a db but you can replace some old bikes by new, by exemple the movistar, so in your pcm 13 folder you go in 3D, Cyclist, equipments, frames and here you search movistar bike, there is always 4 files by equipment (.nif, _d, _n, _s) so when you find the movistar files, delete them. Now copy/paste my movistar bike and rename the 4 files by the name of the files that you delete so if the name the files was 2013_frame_movistar you rename my frame_mov by 2013_frame_movistar, and you do the same for the 3 DDS files, with the extensions (_d, _n, _s)
Now in your game when you'll choose the movistar bike it will be the new, don't look at the equipment photo in the menu, it will display you the old but that's normal
You can do the same with Katusha and with the Neutrals by replace others useless bikes.
So i don't know if it was clear and I don't think so, so if you got any problem tell me i'll try to help you, and if you agree we can use Teamviewer but only if you agree

Awesome work  must have taken all of 5 minutes to erase my name from the files, copy & paste them onto a generic frame, and change the colours on them. If people continue to copy my work...at least do a decent job, the lines end up messy when you just paint around them.
If this was a maillot, people would have crucified you for stealing parts other peoples work.

Only I think that frames from PCM 2013, are not look good in PCM 14? No offence, but I will wait for HD Equipment...
