I will post here my stages for PCM 2014.
First of All, I converted PCM 2013 stages. I also modified some using new Office isolated buildings 
Here is the list of the races :

Hi, I fear it's not playable with PCM 2012.. You can still try to open the zcts files that attached with the pack with 2012 editor. maybe it will work? |

You need a database that includes the races. So either you add the race manually using a database editor or you wait for the FCD database that will come out early in August |
