He created the complete zcts file of Luxembourg with lots of towns/villages all build with Isolated Buildings.
As I did not have the time to build a race normally, but with his zcts file I just had to do the route/sprints, I decided to give his brilliant work a try and created a fantasy Tour of Luxembourg.

It`s definitely not in the pack, that is downloaded at the moment as I just finished it.
But you can easily download it and just copy it into the CM_Stages folder. The file name should be correct and it should be used as variant in your career. |

Yeah i know. Just wanted to know if you knew already if it would be in the variant pack that is going to be put out for the Daily(as far as i have understood) cause if that was the case, i could just wait, and then i didn't have to compare files when it was released

Yeah, it will definitely be in the Variants DLC.

Let me put a fast question.
Did you make correct KoM sprints
Remember that the real Tour only has TWO variants called category 1 and 2 with 5-3-2-1 pts and 3-2-1 pts.
The points will be in my new XML classification file that will correctly play on Tour de Luxembourg.
But having the wrong KoM Mountain classification in the stage itself makes it harder to adjust the XML.

The Luxembourg in the game got this terrible setup
stage 2 KOM 3 x cat 4, 1 sprint
stage 3 KOM 6 x cat 4, 1 sprint
stage 4 KOM 7 x cat 1, 1 sprint
stage 5 KOM 3 x cat 4, 1 sprint

I don`t really get the problem though.
Just tested it with the ASO DB.
Had no problem. The KoM winner had 15 points in the end.

Well for those using the standard XML with the game it´s going to be a XMas party with all the KoM points on each stage in the 2013 variant.
Correctly was that the race did have many KoM sprints but they were few in points like I said before.
I guess you best make it only KoM category 3 and 4 so the points stay down whatever system one uses.
I guess you never had intended to put a category HC on this so I believe you got it sorted.
I have seen scary examples of stages (ex 14 laps with KoM cat 1 on a small circuit race in Canada)
The Cyanide standard blowing that out of this world.
I will soon put my new XML classification files for everyone to DL and the only thing one have to do is to edit the DB (any DB) changing out those many very wrong XMLs.
The game IMHO alter a bit.

Well, there are only Cat. 3&4. So should be alright then. Less KoM than in real eventually. Still 2-3 on every stage. |
