The Greatest fantasy project for PCM is back !
Contents: (In red, improvements or news things relative to 2013 version)
Teams:
-Around 70 Teams
-Jerseys, mini jerseys, leader jerseys, logos, transfers & accessories for every single team.
Cyclists:
- 2000 riders
- Ratings according to the importance of the characters (the most famous characters will be the best, the primary characters will be team leaders.)
- photos for the totality of riders.
- Improving riders' stats
- Realistic heights and weights (in the measure of possible).
- Realistic ages (from 1 year old to more than 100).
- Decline age extended in order to avoid having particularly old characters retire early on in career mode.
- Real regions and countries of origin, with extra 20 nationalities added to the game (Mushroom Kingdom, Middle Earth).
- Faces for more than 100 riders! Every rider will a face corresponding to him the best.
- Favorite races and climate conditions for the most important riders.
Track:
- About 60 track riders.
- New velodromes added.
Races:
- Entire reconstruction of the season calendar to stick in the best way possible with the "mood" of the database. The totality of the races will be fantasy races never seen before in PCM, many often in well known universes (Tour of the Middle Earth, Tour of Springfield, etc...)
- Remake of a lot of stages, for more varied stages
- 4 Grand Tours!
- Modification of the number of participants at every race.
- For the first time ever in PCM, races like the sprint pro challenge are directly integrated and playable in career mode.
- Logos and leader jerseys for the all races.
- Approximately 500 new stages created specially for the DB!
Various:
- Pack sponsor (Start, finish, sprint...) Sponsor pack (finish line, starting line, sprints...)
- New interface (background...)
- New isolated buildings
- New roads
- New in race commentaries and sounds.

Cool!
I'd recommend you to make the stats of the ''domestiques'' a bit better. So a bit more MO, SP, COB, TT etc. for the side characters. (Not all, but just some, so there are a few useful domestiques).
It'd make the gameplay a lot better 
Also, I'd make the .2 races fantasy races too, instead of WT races(it doesn't have to be the Comic DB stages, it could also be just normal fantasy races, like the Tour of Northern Europe, Vuelta a Asturias(8 stages climbing race), and stuff like that.)
And maybe give the riders different potentials, but I know this is hard to do, but it would make it worth more to play a career.
Just some feedback which makes this awesome DB even more awesome and playable

Needs quite a bit of stability work to make it a career viable db. Stat matrix needs some balancing, as jesleyh said especially across doms and lower level teams. I also found newgens didn't quite work, stats didn't fit with the overall matrix and obviously neither did the names.
Certainly good for some fun over a single season, but you need to get it working over multiple seasons now. Best of luck
