Jersey not showing but mini shirt is?

Ok my mini shirt works, it was a dds file. And it works as it should. But I was told to save my jersey as a tga (done), and label it c00_ (done).
But when I play, my riders are in a PCM 2012 DB jersey. I searched the tga files and saw a double shirt name. So I deleted the one I wasnt ever going to use. Reinstalled my jersey file, again C00_ and again...it isnt in game.
Anyone have any idea? Or can anyone make a zip or war file that puts it in the right spot to start (maybe I somehow put it in wrong).
I plan to have someone make a full team kit down to the bikes. Maybe smarter just to wait and then install it all at 1 time? Im lost, any help is very welcome.

Is your shirt file named only "c00_" or do you mean "c00_maillot"? It should be the latter.

Yes, its c00_maillot ....but it defaults somehow to a PCM DB shirt and not the jersey that was created for me.

What is the shirt filesize? And what shirt exactly do you see, one from a random team or a white/red Cyanide one?

Its the PVP jersey. Mini shirt is working...jersery isnt. I have searched and found it in the game files. Even deleted another jersey that was the same name...didnt work.

My theory is that your conversion to TGA was somehow messed up.
I've attached the shirt below. Make sure to name it c00_maillot (remove _16 from the file name) and move it to Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2012\3D\Cyclists\Cloth\Team\c00

And yes it was showing up as a red/white jersey in game.

Im going to post some screen shots of the file location and such later. With luck someone will see if I made a mistake somewhere. Its just odd the mini shirt works on the 1st try...but not the jersey.

Here is the file type and location the jersey is in. Let me know if you need more info.
This is the file type, and size.
This is the location-Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2012/Season/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team
I did not however put it in a folder, as you can see from the pic. Hope the pics are clear. They can be opened in any photo program quickly to view.

The shirt should be placed in ...Cloth/Team/c00  Wouldn't it be weird if only your shirt was not placed in any other folder?

Now if you have say 3 jerseys you want to use in game. How do you get all 3 in?

Hi there,
I have the same issue with this jersey:

The mini-shirt is working fine, but the jersey in the game doesn't work properly. I got a red/white one or FDJ (I tried only 2 times  )
I checked the folders and I didn't mess up there. Could it be because of the file size? This file is ~350 kb where the regular one are ~550 kb. Or is this jersey (2009) not compatible with PCM 12? |

The shirt is compatible, but as you noticed the filesize is the problem, it should be a 32-bit .tga file which gives about ~556 kb for the PCM shirts.
