I will probably start a career, but the problem is, which riders should I have on my custom team?
And do you guys know about a very cool jersey who have been made, I can probably use that, but the jersey maker got to be able to make some Nc's if I'm gonna win the Nc's.

Joe Dombrowski, Kelderman(Yeah, choose him!), Moser, Aru, Puccio, Goos, Cattaneo, Craddock. Guys like that

Helpers during their career, but now it's time to step up to leading/free roles!
I'm thinking about the likes of Eisel, Szmyd and Rogers for example.
