i just can't reinstall the game because when i click on "run" an error message tells me he can not find the autorun. exe files that I deleted the game without paying attention. how to recover the autorun.exe of my cd game knowing that I also emptied the trash and even after system restore I could not get it

Considering the fact that I'm pretty sure you can't alter a CD's contents just by pressing delete (especially if it's a locked CD as game disks usually are - Isso, I give you permission to prove me wrong?), I suspect that you could just re-insert your CD into your computer, and reinstall the game in its entirety, as sam1196 suggested.
Otherwise, I suspect you are a pirate, and own polly the parrot. In which case, you aren't a very good pirate, and your ship has sunk. Like in the first Pirates of the Caribbean.
Or, there is the much more likely option of me not knowing what on earth you are on about, as I wouldn't be silly enough myself to delete an autorun.exe file. |

What are you all talking about? Nobody needs the autorun.exe anyway.
You can start the game by double clicking on PCM.exe, you can even create a shortcut to that file. |

Can we have a Pirate day, where we forget about PCM and just speak about Pirates? |

Best post of forever. Pirates, Clowns and Al Qaida (which is presumably like a tribute band of Al Qaeda, or something) all in one post.

Nominate #1 for comment of the year PCM.Daily Awards 2011. Someone should write this down because it is only April. It's a triple play of pirates, clowns and al qaida.

Strangely I didn't find the "post of the year" nominee very amusing to be honest, not even as funny as Premier_Rus or CrueTrue_hater. The only part I found funny in here was when Rjc was talking about Batigol19's sunk ship and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Conran: Maybe because the computer tells him, when he clicks the shortcut in the start menu?
Batigol19:
1. Uninstall the game. (Go to the control panel and click the program icon. Find PCM in the list and have it uninstalled)
2. Use the DVD to install the game
3. Play the game
If that does not help, go buy a console. Cyanide will release a console game this year and you shouldn't be able to mess it up there. |

What was wrong with your original advice, Lachi? Uninstalling the game is a bit too much just to get the autorun.exe file, I'd say.

What do I know.
He never answered, so maybe he does not know how to double click?
Or he needs the autorun.exe to start the editors? |
