Doubt it this time. Haussler and Hushvod look really well from what they have shown, obviously there will be a lot of attacks but Garmin as a team should really control the race and make sure there will be sprint. Its gonna be intresting who will be their leader.

Cav's still too grassoletto (fat) as Savoldelli apparently put it on the Italian TV. I tend to agree. Can't see him winning in San Remo this year.
Probably a sprint, might be Hushovd's year. Or Pozzato's. |

I hope for Freire, but you never know what to expect from him. Hushovd and Haussler looking very good. Will be intresting to see how Garmin plays it, as i think they have the favourite sprinter anyway

The thing about Cav is you can never tell now if he is trying for real or not after Tirreno the year he won it he bluffed round the hills like he was sturrgling and was just playing a lance. Saying that though i reckon it could be a shock and Sacha Modolo could steal a top 5 or win |

Hope for Cav, but as already said, don't believe he can do it this year.
Hushovd looked very strong in the first flat stages in TA, also Haussler, but I sure hoping for them not to win. Garmin comes as main favorite I believe, we'll have to see who is their leader.

Haussler, Freire or Gilbert for me. Farrar or Hushovd could also be in the favourites, but it depends if Farrar passes Poggio. |

You heard it here first, Farrar is going to win. If not it will be Pozzato.
Garmin will attack with a strong hilly rider like Hesjedal or Van Summeren on the Poggio, if that doesn't work they have the rest of the team back for the sprint. (Thats how I'd play it on PCM)

I really like Hushovd here. I think he's strong enough to be up their over the hills, whereas Cav and Farrar may not. |
