Hi,
I just downloaded pcm 2010 but now says that I must enter a serial number and I just paid 200 danish kr I think it is equivalent to 26 euros. I have not got. So how do I get it? Do you have one I can get? and is the number on the disk?

If your game is a legal download than you got a email with the download links and an activation code in the same email.

Where did u download? Strange u didnt get a key. I downloaded pcm2009 from a norwegian website and they provided me with a key. 2010 I bought at a retailer and the key is in the manual.

I downloaded did not play in the cyanide, which is typical. Now the website is deleted, it's named: https://procycling...ebbyen.dk/
So I do not know if it's illegal downloading
but if i just can get the serial number, I can play

I do believe you have been scammed. I can't think of any reputable online shop based on Webbyen or without its own domain.

we can`t give you a number.
you could ask cyanide and show them your email with the money you paid. But probably you don`t have a chance. |

I don't know that for sure, but i doubt it can go wrong. I mean what's the worst that can happen?

But can i ask why nobody can give me a serial number. somebody with pcm2010 must have a serial number, so why can´t i get theirs? |

Because we like having our own serial numbers and if someone got a hold of ours, we could lose our ability to play.

Because I just have one and just have 3 installs with it. Then I have to ask for a new key.
As I already used my 3 activations I tried to get a new one but don`t get a real answer. So I cannot even give you a working key.
