With two stages finished, the circuit would now change for an individual time trial. Craddock should be fine here, may lose a little time, but we are hoping not so much that he falls out of the lead.
2nd place Alejandro Marque Porto would ride the 2nd best time of the day following teammate Gustavo César Veloso, and reduce the gap between himself and Lawson.
Lawson Craddock would ride well, and have the best time for Bontrager (by one second over Nathan Brown). He would lose some time on the other major contenders, but still holds a 13 second lead.

The final stage of this hilly circuit is much the same as stage 2, except now they have also added sprint points for each lap. This could create about 30 seconds worth of bonus time, so that will have to be calculated for anyone in the break as well.
With the BOTD established, the top placed rider just short of 7 minutes back, the peloton would be led along by Bontrager as they keep the gap manageable and keep Craddock safe.
As we approach the finish Porto (OFM) attacks earlier than expected! His sudden burst gets him some gap over the peloton and Craddock. Marc de Maar (UHC) is just waiting to make his move as well.
The attack would force Craddock to take matters into his own hands as he pushes forward on his own, leaving the teammates who have worked hard for him behind. He has to close down on Porto or lose the race.
The stage would go easily to Matej Mugeli (Adria) who also took all the sprint points and many of the KoM points as well. He had a spectacular day and at times was the "on the road race leader" before his gap was closed down in the last couple laps.

A tremendously close race, made even close with brilliant final two stages from Gustavo César Veloso (OFM) who would have won the race easily if not for his bad showing on stage 2. In the end though Craddock would somehow hold on by 4 and 5 seconds over the OFM - Quinta da Lixa teammates of Porto and Veloso.

Tour de Korea | April 22nd, 2013 | Incheon – Seoul: 84.7 kms - Flat |
So, we have an unexpected problem, turned into an unusual event, that I'm going to try and make interesting. The Tour de Korea isn't exactly the hotbed of cycling and only our team and Ventilair - Steria decided to show up. There are a total of 15 riders in the race.
So to make things more interesting, we decided to split our team into two teams of four riders.
Team one will include Alfredo Balloni, Antoine Duchesne, Andzs Flaksis and Nathan Wilson.
Team two has Alexandre Darville, James Oram, Gabriele Pizzaballa and Jasper Stuyven.
Some basic rules for this is there will be no early breakaways unless a rider from Ventilair starts a breakaway. Otherwise everything is fair game.
Anyhow for stage one:
The very small field, just strolling along early.
Team 2 puts together a sprint train, delivering James Oram to the win.

The race would be decided over the climb, which we all think was worse than a cat 2 climb. Balloni would attack, followed by Pizzaballa and Stuyven. Oram would also try and hang on but would drop just over the top. Jeff Luyton (Ventilair) would also be on this group.
Oram would however catch back up on the decent, leading to an interesting sprint with three riders from team2, Balloni from team1 and Luyten from Ventilair. Luyton would win the sprint, Balloni would be able to get by Oram to take 2nd.

The third stage is also fairly flat, and should come down to a sprint, though a bold attack could come over the bumps in the road late.
A late attack does come over the final bumps with Balloni still trying to dig into the extra seconds Oram has for a lead.
Balloni holds on ahead of the field to win, with the others closing the gap close enough though to earn the same time.

The 4th stage could see some changes in the order of things as the climbs could give chance for someone to get away from the rest of the field.
The attack would come from Balloni, still trying to take the overall lead of the race. Pizzaballa wouldn't let his Italian friend go away alone though.
In a sprint to the finish, Pizzaballa would give Balloni a serious charge, but Alfredo would take the win.

Well, I could just eliminate the other team at any time I want really. Push out a lead and get them behind the cut-off time. Though I would say controlling 2 teams like I am now isn't easy. I'm trying to figure out how to get Pizzaballa by Balloni when Balloni is better at basically everything.
