Some depth scoring and maybe a good sprint by Rajovic on one of the flat stages would make this a solid race for us.
Thanks for the preview

Good test to see how Nys performs in hilly races, should at least do very well in u25 and maybe get a top 10 GC in the end

Thank you for the nice preview. An even weaker team than in France, so let's see where we can get some camera action.

A lot of 80+ HI riders here, makes it possible to maybe land a top 10 i Grand-Duché with Gaudu hopefully!
Time Will tell if De Plus Can do anything here.

Very strong startlist! Hope Gesbert can be competetive here, but the PRL will put him at a disadvantage. Hoping for limited time lost and that the hill stages will be fairly selective. We also have Abdul Halil for the sprint stages, and hoping he can compete for a stage win.

Plapp, Oliveira and Kemboi are three leaders for me here but they all have somewhat high variance in a race like this as it doesnt fit either of them perfectly. Hoping some of them can deliver

Love that *** rivalry here.
It is a hugely important race obviously as ever Vansevenant event is a big scoring event or otherwise the struggle is huge.
Team support should be excellent and except for the prologue the race favours Vansevenant a lot.
Hoping to fight for the GC win obviously as also grabbing a stage win or two. |

Hoping that Storer can string together some big performances for a solid Top 10 here. Other than that, going to be stage hunting in the breakaway! Best of luck to all

Deep startlist! But this is where we need to start to score, speaking of the season in general! Valter with a big opportunity, and fingers crossed he can make the most of it. Admittedly it’s always a gamble going here due to the prologue, but it worked out well two seasons ago, I think it was. We need him to compete for stage wins on all the hilly stages, preferrably with time gaps being forced too, to make this a good race! |

First priority is winning the opening stage with SKA. If he's suddenly lost all his prologue magic before decline, that will be really disappointing and a big damper on our whole season because we're talking about a 200-300 point rider instead of 500-600.
From there, we'll see how Aranburu does. Very stacked startlist, and some of these stages are longer than I would like, but sending him to Grand Duche over an actual hills stage race with no significant TT was not really an option. It fit too well. We'll want him to be competitive at least for GC.
And then we have the Rodenberg/AKA leadout tandem we had in Middle East, which hopefully has a bit more success this time. Interested to see how SKA features in that train, if we have one again. First race AKA and SKA will ride together!
Thanks for the preview!

I'm here as a stage 1 Chun Wing Leung fan and nothing else! Don't know what it is about that guy, but he's a star!
Otherwise, just excited to see the best hill riders come together for some brutal clashes!

Remco will get a bit of a boost in the prologue compared to the other puncheurs, but he will still need a couple of podiums at the very least to be competitive here.

Was hoping for a few more strong guys at Duche, I am pretty sure that Ackerman gets lost in the motions here and thus gets wasted.
Thanks for the preview!

It's all about a stage top 5 from Kopfauf in the prologue and after that keeping our breakaway activity up. Maybe we'll produce some points this way ...

Sorry to all the other contenders, but as a neutral, what I want here is a good Pidcock Vansevenant battle.
