3) Which rider, now or in the past, that was never trained into a top top rider do you feel is the most wasted, due to not getting the proper investment during his career?
I think Pierre Latour did get one or two mountain bumps via training, but with those backups he would have been incredible if he had gotten to like 83. Though I guess the PCM engine at his peak didn't quite reward it.

I don't think this gets talked about enough so I'll ask you, Which PCT riders do you think will be the biggest threats in their C2 races?
And on that note, if you had freedom to sign any riders from the DB (regardless of contract status or nationality) specifically for the C2 restrictions who would you choose and why?
Cobbles in CT are a little more stacked this year, but I still think Tim Ariesen will be perfect for Lotto. Robert Power is a guy who the OVL calc has not caught up to his stats, and he could be a real beast down there. And then, to me Perera is as good as any stage race sprinter in CT.
I would focus on guys like that if I had total freedom, as well as flat beasts like Katrasnik and Arashiro who can be huge weapons in flat classics at that level while also being useful attackers or leadout men for my normal PCT races.

I like Logan Owen a lot at that price, especially in CT, and I was actually disappointed you got that deal for him as I worried it brought down the market for Meiler.
Was tempted to say Jung because I think he's kind of redundant in your setup, but a 50k signing is rarely the worst. I'll say Baterdene looks cooler than he is because of that recovery. His best use is as a late GT leadout man and he won't have that chance in CT. I think there were better options in terms of going for pure speed or versatility. But region can matter too!
