Galta will get some great results, and Stallaert could be quietly very good at this level. Not expecting to challenge for promotion, but a great squad to learn the game with and start to build upon next year with some growing youngsters.

I liked your strategy. A few aging leaders that should be really good this year still - Galta especially is a beast but also Stallaert could still do a nice job in his niche of easier cobbled classics. And then you picked up a bunch of interesting talents. Good job!

Congrats on the first squad, a really nice group of talents, but the leaders are all legit so give you something to route for this season.
I think Brenner is a great deal at 85k, he is a little older than most but he will be a valuable rider
I maxed Walscheid not that long ago so odd to see him on the decline already, but he was maxed late in his career. Still a good rider at this level.

Your 4 major leaders will need to do most of the heavy lifting, but I think they can. Definitely an outside shot at finding your way into the next division in 2027. Walscheid and Bauhaus as a sprint duo is a pretty locked in basis for good points throughout the season I'd have to wager. Galta with the right planning to avoid the two monsters of Cras and Powless will also rack up the big totals.

You have some good leaders in Galta, Stallaert and the sprinters, but I like your talent class even more! You signed some really cool riders there.
Gruel will be a strong puncheur (and that you snatched him from a certain French team makes it even better for me  ), Muller a cool sprinter (or another puncheur if you want), Brenner a good stage racer/climber, Wilksch aand Kretschy good climbing domestiques and Savino a cool whatever you like him to be. And best of all you signed most of them on (more than) reasonable wages that allow you to build around them in the coming years.
In total I really like the long-term outlook here while still having the base for good results in the now!

I think you have picked up a good mix of able CT leaders and talents for the future. The first season might not result in immediate success in terms of division result, but the base is built very well for the future!

Really nice project you're building! Galta for sure has another good season in him, while Stallaert should also give it a decent go in his last hurrah. But the best part imo is definitely the strong regional focus and the amount of talents you've been able to gather. Really not easy to put together a squad starting from scratch, so being able to balance all of these factors is very impressive - think it's a squad that can get you a top 10 for sure, and maybe even an outside shot at promotion through disbands.

I think Galta is a better fit in CT than Kamna would've been so I think that's a very good signing to compete in the mountains. Bauhaus and Walscheid I think should be good for the minimum investment. It will be interesting to see how Stallaert does and if it comes to be a battle between two low energy riders in him and Wisniowski.
Another team I'm not quite sure if I'd put in the promotion hunt, but there is upside for it if things go well. And again another nice regional build around the Germans
