Without any major moves, think this team is ready to rejoin PCT again next season. Cras could be a monster on the circuit if there's no major additions in the division.

I definitely had hopes of knocking on your door when transfers hit us, but seeing your valuations of your Belgians, I’m not so sure anymore We will definitely need to have a proper sit down talk to see if it is possible to find something both can be happy with Aker can facilitate those talks, surely giving us a discount?
Nobody is off the trade block but in the end we need to get happy too, so lets see what our talks may lead too

I am confident Cras wont just be moved without any proper replacement, he is essential for this team.

Okay, another Update. After evaluating the market and the Database again I changed the availability and price for 2 riders again:
| Nat. | Name | XP | Age | Wage | Availability | Asking Price | | Steff Cras | 4.100 | 30 | 150.000 | | 3.500.000 | | Gal Glivar | 4.79 | 24 | 90.000 | | 3.500.000 |
Both of them are untouchable at this point, I dont see getting a proper replacement here so I am not willing to sell. We can speak about a crazy offer but I doubt this will happen.

Shame to relegate, but Cras must be licking his lips looking at the CT field. If nothing else will be a great season to follow for him
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Transfer Update
So we can announce our first changes.
Lets start with who leaves us. Radoslav Fratczak will leave us for one year to boost his development, he will ride for MOL Cycling Team next year and will come back stronger than before.
In a Deal with Tafjord Kraft we have acknowledged Albin Stalberg's wish to get back closer to his home. From now on he will ride for the new team and we wish him the best luck (just not in races with us).
-------------------
Now lets come to our signings:
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | XP | Age | Wage | | Ganjkhanlou | 73 | 61 | 63 | 65 | 63 | 70 | 70 | 76 | 62 | 77 | 79 | 55 | 74 | 74 | 4.100 | 29 | 50.000 | | Yamamoto | 69 | 72 | 72 | 72 | 73 | 65 | 67 | 69 | 57 | 67 | 71 | 70 | 67 | 71 | 4.100 | 30 | 50.000 |
We welcome these two wearing our jersey from now on. Masaki Yamamoto will be another local help for our leaders in various terrains with his skillset.
Mohammad Ganjkhanlou will be now racing the sprints for us, he is explosive and can also show some result in short prologues. We have heard he may have worked on himself during off season also.

Nice bargain to sign Ganjkhanlou for 50K! I have seen similar riders go for significantly more before.

That are some good additions. And the implied training will make Ganjkhanlou a steal!

NEW UPDATE
We have another additions:
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | XP | Age | Wage | | Carcueva | 69 | 77 | 77 | 76 | 64 | 72 | 72 | 73 | 60 | 64 | 73 | 75 | 69 | 65 | 4.100 | 31 | 120.000 | | Reynders | 73 | 61 | 62 | 67 | 66 | 73 | 72 | 65 | 71 | 70 | 72 | 73 | 74 | 64 | 4.90 | 28 | 50.000 | | Adomaitis | 70 | 54 | 58 | 62 | 62 | 67 | 64 | 60 | 69 | 67 | 69 | 69 | 64 | 61 | 1.100 | 22 | 50.000 |
In a deal with our mexican friends from Los Pollos Hermanos we secured the explosive climber Jonel Carcueva. Therefor we have send Lucas Lopes there to continue his path there. Good luck to him. Carcueva should be able to score himself but in the hard races he can be a help for Cras too.
The second addition was the signing of Jens Reynders. Another not so spectacular rider but he will be a great help for our team again in sprints and also on cobbles. And he can still develop a bit more to make his value for us even bigger in the future.
The third addition is a loan in to bosst the development of Rokas Adomaitis. Like Raynders he will be a nice help in Sprint trains and also on cobbles. We hope we can get out the most of him so he can get back to Zalgiris even stronger next year.
-----------------------
@all: Our additions in general are all not flashy but a great help for the base we already have. We have high hopes for Ganjkhanlou and Yamamoto with his regional fit and his skills should be another great help. You just need the work horses also, not just shiny and flashy riders
----------------------------
Team Next Season?
Thats most likely our team for next year. I dont see any big changes happening maybe only a loan out for some of our LVL 3 Talents. Otherwise thats it (before the Draft). We are really happy with this and, surprisingly, most of our Transfers went almost like planned!
We aimed to get a Hills leader for this year but couldnt do it like we wanted, so we decided to hand the keys in this regard already to Glivar this season.
I think its a team where we can compete in CT next year. We dont expect promotion but if everything goes well I think we have a shot too.
Another thing we like is, that next season our team just will be stronger since none will decline and our riders just get better.

Trained Cras should catapult you back into PCT more or less on his own, will be very scary for the rest of the division!

Scary recruits and training prospects. I'll watch you do good from afar
